With over a decade of experience in the field of early childhood education, Sharon has developed a deep passion for supporting children through one of the largest and most important changes they would have to encounter and manage at that age- the transition from preschool to primary school.
Recognising the significance of this transition and the need for collaboration among all key stakeholders, she has been actively engaging various key stakeholders and fostering collaborative partnerships to promote children's smooth transition to primary school through her work in Pre-school Education Branch, MOE. Her commitment to this crucial aspect of her work in early childhood education has enriched her professional journey, and she aspires for this dedication to positively impact children and families in Singapore.
