Early Interventionist

Samantha Tang is an Early Interventionist in the Development Support-Plus (DS Plus) programme with Rainbow Centre. She works closely with preschool teachers to support children with additional needs in the preschool setting. Previously, she has worked in various schools and organizations for children with additional needs in Singapore. In Perth, she supported a group of students with learning and additional needs at a public school and carried out structured reading programmes to improve their Literacy skills. This experience sparked an interest and a strong belief in the positive impacts of inclusion on both the child and the educator, leading to her involvement in the project Making Every Preschool Inclusive (MEPI).
