Ramona is a Centre Leader in Little Olive Tree with prior experience of 15 years in the industry. She has been teaching and nurturing children from diverse range of age-groups and backgrounds, leading and training teachers as well as designing and implementing different local and international curriculum approaches, ranging from Inquiry-based and Thematic units to the Montessori method and the UK Early Years Foundation Stage.
Passionate about cultivating curiosity and connection through outdoor education, Ramona is an advocate for experiential learning in natural environments. She believes in the power of hands-on, real-life experiences to foster a deeper understanding of the world. Whether planning outdoor activities for children, facilitating outdoor learning workshops for educators, or designing curriculum that integrates nature into learning, Ramona is dedicated to inspiring teachers and children to explore, discover, and thrive in the great outdoors.
