My journey in education has been driven by a passion for developmental excellence and a commitment to fostering environments where both children and educators can thrive.
Recently, I have transitioned into a Human Resources role within the early childhood sector, leveraging my extensive experience to further enhance organisational dynamics and support staff development. This new position allows me to focus on strategic HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, while continuing to champion the values of educational excellence and compassionate care.
