Ms Michele Koh started her journey as an Early Childhood Educator at the age of 19 when she graduated from a full time 8 months course (Basic and Intermediate) co-organised by Ministry of Community Development (now known as MSF) and Institute of Education (now known as NIE). She became a Centre Leader at a Christian Kindergarten in 2012; and graduated from Diploma in Leadership in 2015. She was selected to join Principal Matters Cohort 2 in 2017 (A leadership Development Programme by Lien Foundation) and went to Boston for Learning Journey.
She led her team to achieve their 1st Innovation Commendation Award in 2017; and obtained their 1st SPARK Accreditation in 2018. Ms Michele Koh is also very passionate about Character Building as she strongly believes that values shape the character, and it is important to instill values in the children when they are young. She partnered with "The Boys' Brigade in Singapore"(BB) and "The Girls' Brigade Singapore" (GB) to pioneer the 1st Company uniform group known as "The Explorer's" in 2016.
Ms Michele Koh joined Presbyterian Preschool Services in 2021 and head the branch at Hougang. Her leadership style is about serving, adding value and making positive impact; thus, resulting in a positive change in the mindset of her team as they worked collaboratively to raise the quality of the centre.
