Mr Ling holds a Master of Education Administration degree from National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He also holds double degree in Class Ideology & Politics and Biological Education from Huazhong Normal University in Wuhan, China. He finished his PhD course in Special Needs Education at National University of Tainan, Taiwan.

As an ACTA certified trainer and assessor in Singapore, Mr Ling have over 20 years experience in curriculum development, training and management of trainers in the education sector. Mr. Ling also has more than 10 years of experience working and researching in Special Needs education. He has contributed numerous academic papers on education psychology and Special Needs and has shared his research in international education conferences. With interest in the areas of inclusive theory and practice of education, he is currently researching on emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, autism in children.
