Topic: C.E12 The Power of Synergistic Teams Beyond Collaboration: 1 + 1 = 5
Synopsis: In the dynamic field of early childhood education, moving beyond simple collaboration to true synergy is key to unlocking exceptional team performance and educational outcomes. This workshop explores the transformation from collaboration to synergy, emphasising the multiplier effect of synergistic teams.
Participants will learn how shared hardships can be growth opportunities through practical models and leadership frameworks that emphasise relational dynamics and holistic team development such as the Gestalt approach to awareness and presence.
By the end of this workshop, participants will understand why synergy matters, how to foster it within their teams, and the benefits it brings. You will gain actionable insights to create stronger, more cohesive teams that drive better outcomes for both educators and children.
