Topic: A.E12 Working hand in hand to create an inclusive classroom (Partners in Inclusive Practice) - Insights from a collaborative coaching model between EtonHouse and THKMC EIC Services

Synopsis: Educations from EtonHouse preschools partnered with Early Interventionists (EI) from THKMC EIC Services to pilot a coaching model designed to enhance educators' inclusive classroom practice.

In the workshop, we will outline the coaching model used and share key takeaways learned from piloting it.

(1) Case studies from local and international preschools

(2) Practical strategies to work with Pre-Nursery and Nursery 1 children

(3) Opportunity for dialogues with Early Interventionists

Accompanied by their EI peers, educators will share the challenges they faced, the new strategies they acquired, and tips on how to implement them. The strategies we will share are all used in Pre-Nursery and Nursery 1 classrooms.
