Elsie has been in the Early Childhood sector for 26 years. She has seen various changes in the EC Landscape. In response to these changes, she has worked with her staff team and also other Early Childhood educators in the area of curriculum innovation. She embraces learning journeys and sharing sessions for the private sector, universities and also visitors from overseas.

She believes in the 'abundance mentality' and hence collaboration plays a big part in her life.
