Elis is a dedicated social worker and advocate for child development, leveraging her background in special education and social work to foster supportive and nurturing environments for children and families. With a degree in social work and over five years of experience in the special needs education field, Elis has developed an insightful understanding of developmental psychology and its practical application in social work settings. In her previous role, Elis was a special education educator, where she gained invaluable experience in addressing the unique needs of children with diverse learning abilities.


Currently, Elis co-helms the childminding program at Kukoh+, a role inspired by the renowned Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education. Her work focuses on nurturing children’s natural curiosity and creativity, fostering environments where young learners can thrive and explore their interests freely. Elis is committed to creating inclusive and engaging support systems that empower both children and families alike, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
