Susila is a lifelong advocator for typical and atypical children, working closely with their families. With more than 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Special Needs, she heads the Educational Support Programme in Presbyterian Preschool Services. In 2021, Susila won the ECDA Inaugural Outstanding Early Intervention Award. Susila holds a degree in Psychology with Counselling and has worked in numerous capacities as a preschool teacher, learning support educator, mentor, and trainer.
